4 Phases,
One Path Back

Every injury follows the same logic back to sport — protect, rebuild, reload, return. The phases stay the same; the timeline flexes to your injury. Most programs run around 12 weeks, while more severe or post-surgical injuries (like ACL reconstructions) run longer. Your physio reviews you at every phase gate, so you only progress when the tissue is ready.

Phase 1Protect & Restore
Settle & Restore

Calm pain and swelling, restore range of motion and basic control, and offload the injured tissue. We establish your baseline VALD numbers and a full movement screen — so every decision from here is measured, not guessed.

Phase 2Rebuild Strength
Rebuild Capacity

Progressive, structured loading rebuilds strength in the injured area and everything around it — addressing why the injury happened, not just the symptom. This is where the tissue regains its capacity to handle real demand.

Phase 3Power & Load
Power & Resilience

Reintroduce speed, power and load tolerance. Plyometrics, change of direction and sport-relevant intensity teach the body to absorb and produce force again — the exact demands your sport puts on it.

Phase 4Return To Sport
Return To Sport

Sport-specific volume, conditioning and on-court integration. Final VALD testing confirms you've closed the gap and meet return-to-play standards. We also work on the mental side — rebuilding confidence and managing any fear of re-injury — so you walk back on cleared, confident and stronger than before.

Physio Gate At Every Phase Our sports physio reviews you before each phase change. You only progress when the injury is ready — no rushing, no guessing, no re-injury.
VALD At Baseline, Mid & Final Objective force-plate data tracks strength, symmetry and explosiveness. Your return-to-play decision is backed by numbers, not a hunch.

No Guesswork,
No Loose Ends

01
One Roof, One Team

Your physio and your S&C coach work in the same building, off the same plan. No conflicting advice, no message lost between a clinic and a gym — rehab and performance handled as one continuous process.

02
Objective VALD Data

Force-plate testing measures strength, symmetry and explosiveness in hard numbers. You see the gap close and we make the return-to-play call on data — not on how the injury happens to feel that day.

03
Understand Your Injury

We don't just hand you exercises — we explain what's actually going on. You'll understand the mechanism behind your injury, why it happened, how it heals and what to avoid, so you're an informed partner in your own recovery and far less likely to repeat it.

04
Confidence To Return

Coming back after injury is as much mental as physical — plenty of athletes are scared to fully commit again. We build return-to-play psychology into the program: rebuilding trust in your body, managing the fear of re-injury, and getting you back mentally ready, not just cleared.

05
Built To Stay Healthy

Returning isn't the finish line — staying on the court is. We address the root cause and leave you stronger and more resilient than before, with the habits and capacity to keep the same injury from coming back.

06
A Plan With A Finish Line

This is a defined rehab-to-performance pathway, not an open-ended membership that drags on. A clear start, clear phases, and a measurable return — stronger and more resilient than before the injury.

Questions?

It depends on the injury. Most programs run around 12 weeks — simpler strains and sprains can be quicker, while severe or post-surgical injuries (like an ACL reconstruction) run longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline at your assessment, and your VALD numbers track the progress the whole way.

Ankle sprains, knee and tendon pain, hamstring and calf strains, shoulder injuries, lower back, and post-surgical return-to-sport (including ACL). If you're not sure we can help, book an assessment and we'll tell you honestly — and refer on if it's outside our scope.

Yes. The physio portion is billed under our sports physio's provider number, so it's claimable on private health extras (subject to your individual policy and level of cover). The S&C program is billed separately by From Zero.

No referral needed to get started — just book an injury assessment. If you have a GP referral, surgeon's protocol or an EPC/Chronic Disease Management plan, bring it along and we'll work it in.

Flares are normal in rehab and we plan for them. You'll have a symptom-monitoring protocol to follow, app access to your program, and direct contact with your coach and physio so we can adjust load quickly — rather than you stopping and losing progress.

Yes. You can pay the block upfront, or split it across three instalments (pay-in-3). We'll confirm the options with you when you book.

We back our work with a money-back guarantee. Show up, do the program as prescribed, and if you're not seeing progress we'll make it right or refund you — we'll confirm the exact terms with you when you book. We're confident in the process because the data doesn't lie.
